Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Shop Manager to join our team at Woodgreen, The Animals Charity, in Daventry. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Stock Management: Ensure maximum stock availability through effective generation, sourcing, and processing of high-quality stock.
- Shop Presentation: Maintain high standards of shop presentation, back of house operations, and customer service.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, motivate, manage, and support volunteers to achieve their full potential.
- Merchandising and Visual Layout: Present and maintain the highest standards of shop and window merchandising and visual layout.
- Financial Management: Ensure all financial, cash handling, and security policies and procedures are adhered to.
- A competitive salary of £25,518.25 per annum.
- 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays), rising to 40 days after five years.
- Up to 8% employer pension contributions.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a flexible approach to working, as the shop is open seven days a week.
