Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment in a building services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
  • Conduct testing and inspections to ensure electrical systems are functioning safely and efficiently
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems and equipment
  • Work with specialist contractors as required
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
  • Industry-recognised training and apprenticeship in electrical engineering
  • Post-apprenticeship experience working in an FM environment
  • Ability to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions
  • Flexibility to work individually and as part of a team
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • Confidence in communication with clients and senior managers
  • Ability to work out of hours as required
Salary and Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £40,000
  • 32 days holiday
  • Pension
