Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various electrical maintenance and troubleshooting duties on a large commercial site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Technical Services Manager in the provision and delivery of a high-quality maintenance service.
  • Assist in the operation, repair, and maintenance of building fabric and engineering services while working within a multi-disciplinary hard service team environment.
  • Ensure that the electrical systems, equipment, and plant within the estate are maintained to a high standard and that they can operate effectively.
  • Lead in engineering activities and undertake duties for which they are trained and competent to do so.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a full range of services at all times.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience working within a maintenance environment.
  • Previous experience working within a healthcare maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Recognised apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline to City & Guilds level.
  • Previous Competent Person/Authorised Person experience including High Voltage and Low Voltage electrical systems.
  • GCSE/O Level Mathematics and English or equivalent.
  • City and Guild Inspection and Testing.
  • Prepared to work a flexible shift system including nights.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to £41,500 DOE.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
