Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading facilities company in Aberdeen. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules on small works and reactive repairs
  • Attending to reactive calls and ensuring top-quality work at all times
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Performing lighting installations, fault finding, and lamping
  • Conducting emergency lighting tests
  • Working with control panels and PAT testing
  • Changing ballast and maintaining BMS systems
  • Maintaining and updating log books

Requirements:

  • Level 3 and 17th or 18th Edition qualified
  • Experience in building services engineering
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
