Paediatric Education Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our paediatric team at The Portland Hospital, London. This 12-month full-time position offers a competitive salary of £80,000 + benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, with experience in clinical education and a post-graduate certificate in education. A recognised mentorship qualification is desirable, but not essential.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving educational initiatives that elevate the standard of care we offer. You'll work closely with our team to identify practice gaps and implement targeted educational activities to address them.
- Drive educational initiatives to improve patient care

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions
