We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our team at The Portland Hospital, London.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to drive educational initiatives that elevate the standard of care we offer. As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will work closely with our clinical teams to identify practice gaps and implement educational activities to address them.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing, with experience in clinical education and a postgraduate certificate in education. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to provide high-quality patient care. This includes identifying areas for development, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in paediatric nursing, with a strong understanding of current best practices and evidence-based guidelines. You will also be required to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior clinicians and managers.
