Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a keen interest in finance. As a Frontline Customer Support and Administration Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to AJ Bell customers
  • Handling customer requests and resolving queries in a timely manner
  • Working efficiently with internal systems to maintain accurate records
  • Producing letters and emails as required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
  • Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, at times unsupervised
