About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Student Services Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused frontline support service to our students, supporting the attendance policy, managing reception services, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your duties will include:

  • Student Support: Providing effective support to students, including managing the Student Services Office and handling late registrations.
  • Reception Duties: Offering a welcoming reception service for staff, students, and visitors.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, including managing fire drill systems and first aid duties.
  • Student Information Management: Maintaining accurate student records in the Information Management System.
  • Support Services: Providing cover and support to the Main Office and Reception as needed.
