About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience supporting young adults with Autism, Complex needs, or other SEND. They will be responsible for providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to learners across different classrooms, assisting in developing skills across the students' individual curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with complex needs
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop skills across the students' individual curriculum
  • Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment tailored to each child's unique needs and interests
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting young adults with Autism, Complex needs, or other SEND
  • Enthusiasm about helping children develop their independence, communication, and social skills
  • Adaptability, patience, and passion for working with teenagers and young adults with SEND needs and disabilities
