**Job Summary**

Arts Council England is seeking an experienced Cultural Sector Liaison to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with museums and other cultural institutions across the North.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the cultural sector in England and be able to provide expert advice on arts development initiatives. They will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of funded organizations, providing funding guidance, and supporting our decision-making processes.

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work with local stakeholders, assess financial information, and provide feedback on artistic plans. You will also help improve the diversity of projects we fund by giving feedback to applicants and looking to support first-time applicants.
