Job Title: Internal Lighting Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about entertainment technology and looking for a challenging role in sales? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at SER Limited.

About the Role:

We are a leading distributor of entertainment lighting, AV, and rigging equipment, supplying top brands to the events industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing expert advice on our range of lighting products
  • Attending industry trade shows to represent our company and build strong client relationships
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment
  • Providing exceptional account management and ensuring clients receive the best possible service
  • Participating in occasional client visits to strengthen relationships
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience is not essential, but would be beneficial
  • Good all-round knowledge of entertainment lighting systems, including moving heads, LED lighting, and lighting consoles
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for entertainment technology
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client needs
  • A full UK driving license
