Job Title: Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Sports or a related field to gain valuable experience in education and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with general classroom activities and collaborate with the class teacher to provide a high-quality learning experience.
  • Encourage students to participate in sports and physical activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Sports or a related field, or a foundation degree or A-level qualifications.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality when required.
  • A valid DBS check or the willingness to apply for one.
  • Provide references covering the last 24 months, highlighting your skills and experience.
