Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Bath & Bristol. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all production machinery and equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
  • Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies to ensure the highest level of performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi skilled maintenance roles, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering.
  • Strong team-working skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and safety, with a strong understanding of risk assessments and management.
