Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on our mechanical and electrical equipment and building fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as instructed by the Manager, including water hygiene and plant inspections, plumbing, filter changes, and other mechanical duties.
  • Close and update completed PPM tasks on the site PDA.
  • Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems.
  • Coordinate specialist subcontractors' requirements for PPM and reactive works.
  • Ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
  • Ensure Company & Site Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works.
  • Inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with callouts/repairs as required.
  • Attend site emergencies outside of normal working hours.
  • Carry out tasks within typical plantroom environments and at high level, working from platforms and ladders.
  • Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.
  • Proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds - Building Services Engineering or Plumbing Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Water Hygiene / L8 competent.
  • Experience within the building services engineering industry.
  • Previous experience of working within a team.
  • Time served apprenticeship.
  • Knowledge and use of computer software – Microsoft Office, Building Management System.
