Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer and Assessor to join Hewett Recruitment | BCorp™ in Worcester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering health and safety training to our employees, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles safely and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Deliver health and safety training sessions to staff, focusing on mandatory and specialized topics.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with departments to ensure training aligns with business objectives and supports a positive health and safety culture.
Requirements:
  • Industry Recognition: Hold recognized certifications in health and safety training and assessment.
  • Instructional Design: Ability to design engaging and effective training programs.
  • Adult Learning Principles: Knowledge of adult learning principles to adapt training to diverse learners.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training delivery, participation, and evaluation outcomes.

The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
