Senior Residential Support Worker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a caring and committed individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker in one of our therapeutic children homes. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one therapeutic care for children aged 6-17 who require our help, acting as a role model at all times.

**Responsibilities:**

  • To provide high-quality support to children with complex needs, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure that each child's needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
  • To participate in social and educational activities that promote the child's learning and educational aspirations.

**Requirements:**

  • Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • At least 1 year of experience in children's residential childcare.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 48 hours per week, with occasional 24-hour shifts.

**Salary and Benefits:**

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
