Job Title: Showroom Manager - Natural Stone & Porcelain Flooring

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our team in selling luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring products to residential and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small sales team and maintain high presentation standards in the showroom.
  • Conduct 1-2-1 client appointments and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Sell a range of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring products to clients.
  • Arrange deliveries and provide excellent aftersales service.
  • Update internal CRM systems with relevant information to keep records up to date.
  • Manage all aspects of the showroom, including staff management and inventory control.
Requirements:
  • Proven consultative sales experience with luxury high-end products.
  • People management experience, with a focus on team leadership and development.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of the luxury flooring market.
  • High levels of organisation and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
