Job Title: Showroom Manager - Natural Stone & Porcelain Flooring

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our luxury flooring sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a small sales team, and maintaining high presentation standards in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small sales team and provide guidance on sales strategies and techniques
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including end-users and retailers
  • Conduct sales appointments, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate sales
  • Manage the showroom's inventory, including ordering and stocking products
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the luxury flooring industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing a small team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of luxury flooring products, including natural stone and porcelain
