Flooring Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our team in selling luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring tiles to residential and retail clients. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales background, people management experience, and a passion for aesthetically pleasing interior products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling a range of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring tiles to residential and retail clients
- Managing a small sales team and maintaining high presentation standards
- Conducting multiple 1-2-1 client appointments and building relationships
- Sending out quotations and following up with clients
- Arranging deliveries and providing aftersales service
- Updating internal CRM systems with relevant information
Requirements:
- Consultative sales experience with luxury high-end products
- People management experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High levels of organisation and honesty
