We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our housekeeping team at a care home in Northampton, Northamptonshire.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards, creating a warm and homely environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional cleaning standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures

The ideal candidate will have experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment and possess excellent attention to detail, leadership skills and communication skills.
