About the Role

The Housekeeping Director will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To motivate and inspire team members to provide exceptional service and ensure every room is well-maintained.
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for residents and guests.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader who has a proven track record of success in housekeeping management. You will have excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in housekeeping management in a care home or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Caring nature and good communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay rates, free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
