Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a £5,000 annual quality and commercial bonus. Our comprehensive induction programme sets you up for success, while our management development training programme and in-house Leadership Academy ensure continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Comprehensive Care Plans: Ensure each young person has a tailored plan addressing their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
  • Foster Consultation: Develop systems to consult young people about the care they receive.
  • Handle Complaints and Concerns: Take responsibility for addressing any complaints or child protection concerns.
  • Participate in Meetings: Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings as appropriate.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
