Helpdesk Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the FM Helpdesk Inbox to ensure all activities are managed efficiently.
  • Schedule reactive and help desk call outs to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Review and allocate jobs received during the working day to engineers.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, and input data accurately.
  • Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Attend to queries and provide general administration support.
  • Raise corrective maintenance tasks following PPM completed tasks.
  • Organize day-to-day work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled.
Requirements:
  • Help Desk Experience
  • Experience in FM
  • General Administration
  • CAFM knowledge
