Key Responsibilities:- Administration Duties: Scheduling engineers, closing jobs, and updating internal systems.
- Facilities Management: Reacting to issues, raising jobs, and monitoring inboxes.
- Customer Service: Providing quality assistance and support to clients.
- Problem Solving: Working through queries and coordinating engineer appointments.
- Reporting: Raising Purchase Orders, Budget Reports, and progress updates.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience in maintenance administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
