The Senior Manager, Professional Consulting Practice, will oversee and direct the professional consulting practice activities of a broad functional and/or geographical area with the Cleared Derivatives and Post-trade business.
Responsibilities include working with financial institutions to assess needs and develop solutions through individual contribution and/or leading subordinates to ensure the achievement of client satisfaction and contribution to divisional revenue and EBITDA goals.
The role collaborates with Consulting Services Leadership, Directors, other Managing Directors, and sales resources to establish business development plans and objectives; develop sales opportunities; prepare proposals; and enhance risk management and compliance products and services.
The Senior Manager makes final decisions on administrative/operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.
Leads high-profile engagements that may involve the most complex issues and/or enforcement actions where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of requirements and/or industry best practices.
Develops and motivates staff, ensuring budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
Regularly interacts with financial institution executives, frequently involving special skills, such as the ability to influence senior management regarding matters of significance to the organization.
Typically requires more than fifteen years of experience in banking or financial services.
