15 - 25%The senior managerial role oversees and directs the professional consulting practice activities of a broad functional and/or geographical area with the Cleared Derivatives and Post-trade business.
Responsible for working with financial institutions to assess needs and develop solutions through individual contribution and/or leading subordinates to ensure the achievement of client satisfaction and contribution to divisional revenue and EBITDA goals. Collaborates with Consulting Services Leadership, Directors, other Managing Directors and sales resources to establish business development plans and objectives; develop sales opportunities; prepare proposals; and enhance risk management and compliance products and services. Makes final decisions on administrative/operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives. Leads high-profile engagements that may involve the most complex issues and/or enforcement actions where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of requirements and/or industry best practices. Develops and motivates staff. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements. Regularly interacts with financial institution executives. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as ability to influence senior management regarding matters of significance to the organization. Typically requires more than fifteen years of experience in banking or financial services.
