About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Shared Service Centre (SSC) team as an SSC Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake internal quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and firm policies.
  • Manage and maintain knowledge of AML regulations, including the implementation and application of these regulations in real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve and remediate any deficiencies identified during the review process.
  • Provide administrative support, including escalating complex matters to senior stakeholders and managing an internal issues log.
  • Contribute to the development of the SSC team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance delivery and provide additional services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience of AML regulations and their application in real-world scenarios.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ability to use own initiative to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience of collating information into clear and concise reports.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a workload, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
