About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an SSC Associate in the ATE QA Team within BDO's Shared Service Centre (SSC) Internal Compliance Area, based in Liverpool City Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake internal "After the Event" Quality Assurance reviews to confirm that all appropriate On-Boarding due diligence have been carried out, following the approval and opening of a new project code on the firm's management systems, in-line with agreed processes.
  • Deal with internal queries from Client/Project teams, and SSC teams on the firm's "AML Guidance" and how this should be applied following the identification of unsatisfactory outputs from the internal reviews.
  • Support the BAU team - Supporting with ad hoc projects for the Standard Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence and the Research teams, as requested by the ATE QA Team Lead and Economic Crime Team.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, and the implementation/application of these regulations in real world scenarios.
  • IT skills - strong working knowledge of MS Office including Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet research.
