Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives business growth.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and optimal return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of innovation and success in the personal care, health, or beauty industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on innovation and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
