Marketing Innovation Leader

Join our client, a privately owned natural healthcare business, as they embark on a three-year innovation pipeline to fuel incremental growth and shape their product ranges of the future.

With a turnover of £65m and a bold intention to double revenues in the next five years, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of consumer insights and needs, category, and macro trends to drive value creation.

As a marketing leader with a bias for innovation, you will be responsible for identifying key ingredients and compelling claims adhering to market nuances and regulatory requirements. You will also need to optimise the delivery processes and execution of these propositions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and owning the innovation pipeline
  • Leading a team of two to define best ways of working and achieving optimal performance
  • Building business cases and providing intelligent commentary at Board meetings
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value creation

This role demands real conviction and energy, with a strong interpersonal skillset and bags of EQ. You will need a constantly enquiring mind and a natural ability to lead and influence others.
