About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Autism Pathways. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support to individuals with Autism, enabling them to live independently and achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with individuals with Autism, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our service users, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
