About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ivolve Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities and autism, to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting independence and well-being
  • Participate in activities and outings that promote social inclusion and community engagement
  • Administer medication, manage personal care, and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Good general education and a passion for supporting vulnerable adults
  • Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to upholding the values of Ivolve Group
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to various locations
  • Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn and develop
