The successful candidate will have a real opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's safety culture and performance. As a HSE Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our operational teams, developing and delivering HSE training, and leading on the coordination and facilitation of safety committee meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 Health & Safety qualification, e.g., NEBOSH National Certificate.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledgeable of requirements for working within a rail safety-critical environment.
  • Demonstrable experience developing, communicating, and embedding policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Experience training and coaching others, both in groups and 1-2-1, to develop knowledge and improve performance.
