About the Role

We are seeking a confident and experienced professional to join our team for a full-time, long-term assignment. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment for students with complex special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs, be available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, and possess an enhanced DBS on the update service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
  • Develop positive interactions to build students' confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist the class teacher and support classroom activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
Requirements
  • Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
  • Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Possess an enhanced DBS on the update service.
