Job Overview

SWAAY is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our residential services team. As Head of Residential Services, you will oversee the management of our childrens homes, ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the residential services team, ensuring effective delivery of care and support services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds and optimal service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in residential care management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
