Healthcare Assistant Role

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting service users with daily tasks, using hoists and slide sheets for moving and handling, and providing general day-to-day assistance. The role may involve working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, mental health conditions, neurological and sensory impairments, learning and physical disabilities, palliative/end-of-life care, and cancer care.
- Duties:
- Assisting service users at meal times.
- Using hoists and slide sheets for moving and handling.
- Personal care and general day-to-day assistance of the elderly.
- Giving the best care possible and representing the company and yourself.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A successful candidate must have at least 6 months of UK experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A clean driving license is not required, but shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle, and location.
