Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, including maintaining patient records, processing information, and handling queries from patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to GPs and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries from patients, healthcare providers, and third parties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with electronic patient record systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
