At Flowbird Group, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage significant project scope, delivering highly technological products in a complex programme environment with demanding timescales.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure project schedule and budget are tracked and remain on target.
- Provide regular financial and status reporting.
- Manage a project team within the programme.
- Oversee the delivery of the project in conjunction with the project Technical Lead.
- Provide necessary support for tenders, commercial events, and customer presentations.
- Contribute to the development of a hardware and software product and delivery strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for project matters.
- Ensure the project team understands project goals.
- Prepare and maintain the project schedule.
- Manage the project risks and issues register.
- Ensure resources are in place to deliver projects.
- Liaise with other departments necessary for delivery of the project, including Hardware and Software Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Commercial, Field Services, Technical Support, and Product Development.
- Ensure customer invoicing is completed in line with project schedules.
- Experience of the whole project lifecycle from bidding to warranty support.
- Delivery of complex systems.
- Strong commercial skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google business software environments.
- Understanding of the project and engineering lifecycle and software and/or systems engineering experience.
