About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Composite Project Manager to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Composite Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production of composite parts for industries including Defence, Aerospace, Simulation and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a series of new and existing customers to provide a service supplying them quality composite parts, ensuring a sustainable level of profit for the company.
  • Co-ordinate projects through concept to delivery, ensuring clear requirements are established with the customer and teams work is checked and approved.
  • Work with external suppliers as necessary to manufacture high-quality and sustainable products.

Requirements:

  • Experience of composite engineering and ability to manage manufacturing projects, engineers and customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage a sustainable level of profit for the company.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
