Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement initiatives to deliver the core upgrade/retention KPI's - these initiatives include strategic, long term and reactive changes.
  • Drive channel trading performance, assessing the effectiveness of in-flight activities and forecasting future results and long-term planning.
  • Develop and deliver retention Upgrade opportunities which can be converted into campaigns to improve retained value, handset and digital mix.
  • Work closely with channels to forensically understand performance and implement recommendations.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and base profiles to underpin the trading/budget cycles and determine pricing/funding choices.
Requirements:
  • Extensive commercial experience.
  • Successful track record of driving commercial performance in large organisations.
  • Extremely competent relationship building and effectively able to influence senior management.
