New Chapter Consulting Ltd is a leading beauty brand shaping the future of their category. We are seeking a talented National Trade Development Executive to join our team in driving business growth and developing key strategic accounts in the luxury sector.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account plans, managing NPD launches, and monitoring market activity to identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns.
Requirements:- Proven success in account management or sales within the consumer goods sector (ideally luxury), with a strong track record of exceeding goals.
- Experience in growing and developing key strategic accounts, with a particular focus on department store partnerships
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and fostering lasting partnerships.
- A passion for delivering exceptional results, paired with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- High levels of organisation, analytical ability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
London – Office-based 5 days per week
Salary:£45,000 - £60,000 + benefits
