Job Summary:
MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our client, a leading business in the Hampshire area. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling motor-related claims and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of motor-related claims and principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, both oral and written, including an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
- Good organisation and time management skills with experience of diary management
- High attention to detail and accuracy of information
