Job Title: Product Development Team Lead

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Product Development Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development of next-generation technologies, working closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will establish and maintain project management infrastructure using suitable tools and assist in preparing funding applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of next-generation technologies.
  • Collaborate with the management team on daily tasks.
  • Establish and maintain project management infrastructure using suitable tools.
  • Assist in preparing funding applications.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports for funding bodies as required.
  • Set up and manage the laboratory with the operational team, maintaining risk registers, COSHH forms, health and safety reports, and ordering consumables.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in product development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, preferably under ISO13485 medical device design control.
  • Able to commute to the office (Glasgow) daily.
  • Excellent digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience applying project management tools such as Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall, or Lean is essential.
