**Job Overview:** Production Technician Lead

We are seeking an experienced Production Technician Lead to join our team at Luton Bennett Careers. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our daily production activities, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial production, with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will need to have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team of technicians to achieve set goals and objectives.

You will also need to have a good understanding of machinery operations, including pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, gears, and bearings. Additionally, you will need to be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities
  • Coordinate and motivate a team of technicians to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity
