About the Programme

The Production Technician Learner programme is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices. As part of our 4-year apprenticeship programme, you will study towards a Level 3 Food & Drink Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship Certificate and a Level 3 Diploma in Food & Drink Engineering, while gaining valuable experience working with our team of engineering experts.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Production Technician Learner, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining manufacturing equipment and ensuring efficient production processes
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement projects to enhance our manufacturing operations
  • Focusing on fault finding and taking quick action to meet food safety standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the highest quality products
