Senior Community Programmes Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and sociable individual to join our team as a Senior Community Programmes Coordinator at Cherrybrook Care Home.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with the elderly, helping them live life to the fullest. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for creating and managing monthly rolling programmes and individual activities that cater to all preferences.

This is a part-time position, contracted to 30 hours per week, with alternative weekends and benefits including pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).

Estimated Salary: £11.44 per hour

About the Role

  • Job Summary: Plan and organize engaging events and activities that promote social connections and stimulate our residents' minds.
  • Main Responsibilities: Create and manage monthly rolling programmes, foster social connections through diverse activities, keep accurate records of daily activities, and develop and organize a range of engaging events and activities.
