Sales Development Representative

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Telesales Manager in leading the domestic sales growth strategy
- Winning back lapsed customers and promoting additional services
- Completing an apprenticeship training program with Learning Skills Partnership
- Complying with Group H&S policies and behaviors
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
- Manage the sales pipeline of leads from various sources, including company data, self-generated, marketing, and other sources
- Cross and up-sell new products and services to new and existing customers
- Deliver sales and associated profit margins in line with expectations
- Ensure all customer activity is logged on the CRM package
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Good IT skills, including experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not necessary
