Sales Development Representative

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the domestic sales growth strategy for Cleansing Service Group. Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of a data set of lapsed customers, with the goal of winning them back and promoting additional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Telesales Manager in leading, planning, and implementing the domestic sales growth strategy.
- Take responsibility for a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.
- Complete the apprenticeship training program with Learning Skills Partnership.
- Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviors.
- Support the development of the domestic sales strategy to ensure growth targets are achieved.
- Manage the sales pipeline of leads from the company data, self-generated, marketing, and other sources across the business.
- Cross and up-sell new products and services to new and existing customer base.
- Deliver sales and associated profit margins in line with expectations.
- Ensure all customer activity is logged on the CRM package.
- Support the achievement of daily, monthly, and annual targets.
- Take responsibility for all customer complaint case work.
Requirements:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries.
- Results-driven approach, focusing on results and critical performance indicators.
- Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not necessary.
