Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct surveys and site visits, offering tailored quotes for our services.
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and build trust.
- Explain service features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain records of all sales, contacts, and customer information using CRM tools.
- Proven track record of 5-6 years in sales, preferably within the removals, logistics, or a related industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
- A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build long-lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential for travel to client sites.
