We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our nursery team, bringing recent experience in Early Years education and a robust understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). A Level 2 qualification or higher is essential, along with a strong command of written and spoken English. Candidates should be prepared to adopt our holistic and nurturing approach to childcare.

As part of a committed and skilled team, your role will involve fostering positive relationships with children and families, particularly those with English as an Additional Language (EAL). You will take on the responsibilities of a key person, conducting assessments and observations that contribute to detailed Learning Journeys. Utilizing In the Moment Planning, you will enhance children's play, learning, and communication skills on a daily basis.

The nursery operates during term-time only, with working hours currently set from 9.30 AM to 2.30 PM, Monday to Thursday, plus an additional two weeks during the year. We prioritize staff well-being and continuous professional development, encouraging you to pursue relevant training and share insights with your colleagues.
